One of their signature dishes is the Aburi Hotate Mentai (RM9), which features a light torched scallop with cod roe mayonnaise. The combination of the creamy mayonnaise and the tender scallop is simply divine. Another must-try is the Aburi Tako Mentai (RM3.50), which is made with light torched octopus and cod roe mayonnaise. The octopus is tender and flavorful, and the cod roe mayonnaise adds a delicious salty-sweetness.

For those who love truffle, Aburi Sushi Gurney Plaza has got you covered. The Aburi Maguro Truffle (RM4.50) features light torched red tuna with cod roe mayonnaise and truffle oil, while the Aburi Shake Toro Truffle (RM5.50) is made with light torched salmon belly, cod roe mayonnaise, and truffle oil. Besides the cod roe flavors, we have also tried some of Aburi Sushi Gurney Plaza’s other unique flavor combinations, and we were blown away. The garlic miso mayonnaise and lime miso mayonnaise were the perfect complement to the fresh seafood. We highly recommend trying these dishes if you’re looking for something different.

For the lime flavor, we tried the Aburi Tamago Raimu (RM2.80), which is a light torched egg omelet with lime miso mayonnaise. The egg was perfectly cooked, and the lime miso mayonnaise added a tangy sweetness that we couldn’t get enough of. We also tried the Aburi Ebi Raimu (RM2.80), which features light torched cold prawns with lime miso mayonnaise. The combination of the sweet prawns and the tangy lime miso was truly unforgettable.

If you’re a fan of garlic, the Aburi Hotate Ninniku (RM8.80) and Aburi Shake Ninniku (RM3.30) are must-tries. The Aburi Hotate Ninniku features light torched scallops with garlic miso mayonnaise, and the scallops were incredibly tender and juicy. The garlic miso added a rich, savory flavor that paired perfectly with the sweetness of the scallops. The Aburi Shake Ninniku, which is made with light torched salmon and garlic miso mayonnaise, is another delicious option. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the garlic miso added a unique and satisfying flavor.

For all the salmon lovers out there, Aburi Sushi Gurney Plaza has some amazing options that are sure to satisfy your cravings. One of our favorite dishes was the Shake Sashimi to Go-mi Shake Sushi (RM30), which consists of light torched salmon sashimi and salmon sushi with five different types of flavor.

Each piece of salmon was incredibly fresh and tender, and the light torching added a unique smoky flavor. The five different flavor options included the classic soy sauce and wasabi, as well as some more unique combinations like garlic miso and lime miso. Each flavor brought out different aspects of the salmon and added an exciting twist to the dish.

Aburi Sushi Gurney Plaza offers some amazing special roll sushi options. We highly recommend the Aburi Shi-Mi Shake Roll (RM14.80), which features light torched salmon with four types of flavor. The Aburi Yonshoku Shi-Mi Roll (RM17.80) is another must-try, with salmon, red tuna, scallop, and cooked prawn with four types of flavor.

And don’t forget to try the Rainbow Dragon Roll (RM26.80), which includes premium prawn tempura topped with salmon, red tuna, scallop, cooked prawn, mayonnaise, and flying fish roe. These special rolls are sure to impress!

If you’re a fan of rice dishes, then we highly recommend trying the Tori Katsu Tamagotoji Chizu Curry Rice Set. This dish features a crispy breaded chicken cutlet served on top of a bed of fluffy rice, with a delicious egg and cheese curry sauce on top. The flavors blend together perfectly, and the portion size is very generous, making it a great value.

For udon lovers, we suggest trying the Curry Udon (RM17), which is a hearty and satisfying dish that features thick, chewy udon noodles in a rich and flavorful curry broth.

This dish is a great way to enjoy some delicious tempura, while also getting some vegetables and rice in your meal. At only RM32, it’s also a great value for such a high-quality dish.

Another dish that we really enjoyed was the Yakiniku Don (RM25), which is a rice bowl with stir-fried beef sliced with yakiniku sauce and raw egg yolk. The beef was cooked to perfection and the yakiniku sauce added a rich and savory flavor. Mixing in the raw egg yolk gave the dish a delicious creaminess that we just couldn’t get enough of.

We tried the Gyu Saaroin Amiyaki (RM28), which is thinly sliced beef that has been marinated with a savory sauce and grilled to perfection. For chicken lovers, we also recommend trying the Tori Momo Kimuchi Yaki (RM19). This dish features grilled chicken that has been marinated with a spicy curry paste and served with a side of kimchi. The combination of the juicy chicken and the tangy kimchi is a match made in heaven, and it’s a dish that is sure to satisfy your taste buds.

For dessert, we highly recommend trying the Yukimi Daifuku. This is a popular Japanese dessert that consists of a soft and fluffy mochi outer layer filled with rich and creamy ice cream. The combination of the chewy mochi and the smooth ice cream is a match made in heaven, and it’s the perfect way to end your meal at Aburi Sushi Gurney Plaza.
