Now, onto the main event – the drinks! In Between’s got a killer lineup of international cocktails, mocktails, and their own specialty creations. We sampled a few of the specials, and let me tell you, they were mind-blowingly good.
The Rosy Bourbon Sour was a showstopper. Imagine bourbon infused with roselle (a pretty pink flower), Earl Grey tea, and fresh lime, all shaken up with egg white and a homemade roselle syrup. Another favorite was the Tropica Sunset Crush. Picture gin infused with sunshine (okay, mango), a touch of Campari, coconut, Martini Rosso, and a secret blend of spices. It’s like a tropical vacation in a glass.
And if you’re a fan of something a little sweeter, the Velvet Rose Elixir is your jam. Vodka infused with roses gets cozy with Kahlua and espresso, then topped with a rose syrup that’s pure magic. The cup itself is a work of art, and they even bring it out on a tray with a flower, because presentation matters!
But beyond the fancy looks, these cocktails are the real deal. Each sip is a flavor explosion, perfectly balanced and oh-so-satisfying.
