Gia Xiang Steamboat Restaurant, also known as 家乡重庆火锅馆, is one of the OG steamboat spots in town, renowned for its authentic Chongqing mala hotpot, dry pot, and a variety of homestyle dishes.
Helmed by a highly skilled chef from Chongqing, this restaurant chain prides itself on honest business practices, customer-first principles, and now boasts a flagship outlet and five branches.
Recently, we had the pleasure of visiting their Farlim outlet to try out their new menu. The cozy and spacious ambiance is perfect for gatherings with friends and family. Here’s a delightful rundown of our culinary adventure:
