Located only around 7 minutes away from Penang International Airport, this Mediterranean-inspired restaurant offers a modern dining experience with globally influenced flavours in a cozy and stylish environment.
The space itself feels comfortable and relaxing, making it suitable for casual gatherings, date nights, or even a chill meal before heading to the airport. Their menu features a variety of mains, snacks, desserts, and refreshing drinks.
One of their top sellers is definitely the Dandy Lamb Rice. Served together with house salad, vegetable soup, and their signature red and white sauces, the lamb was tender, flavourful, and honestly very satisfying. The sauces added extra richness and complemented the dish really well.
We also tried the Chicken Wrap, which came with their signature white sauce, side salad, and crispy shoestring fries. It was simple yet packed with flavour. Another comforting dish we enjoyed was the Seafood Marinara Spaghetti, which had a rich and savoury seafood taste.
For dessert, their Kunafa Cheese was definitely a highlight. Crispy on the outside, cheesy inside, and paired with pistachio dip — this combination was super addictive and something we would order again.
On the drinks side, Dandy also offers quite a wide selection. We especially enjoyed their Lebanese Coffee, brewed in a traditional style with a bold and aromatic flavour. The Apple Ginger Slush was refreshing with a slight spicy kick, while the Dandy Fresh Mint Tea and Spicy Nojito were both cooling and perfect to pair with heavier meals.
