Stepping in, you will see each eel is freshly grilled over charcoal, resulting in tender, juicy meat paired with their special sauce. The flavor is sweet with a hint of smokiness, making each bite incredibly satisfying! They offer three flavors of eel: yuzu, original, and spicy. We especially love their Unagi Hitsumabushi, which involves eating eel rice in three different ways and finishing by pouring hot tea over the eel don to transform it into Ochazuke! What a truly delightful and comforting dish!

4. MOKU by Bijou

They specialize in selling Ochazuke (tea-infused rice dishes) and Onigiri (rice balls)! The portion sizes are quite generous, and every main dish comes with complimentary side dishes! Personally, we think the overall food is pretty good, especially the generous servings of Unagi & Salmon, and the tea aroma is delightful! After trying the main dishes, you can also try their Hokkaido Roll which comes in few flavours like Sesame, Houjicha, Genmaicha and more! Oishi-des!

They offer a wide variety of dishes here, and the standout feature is that the ingredients are fresh and top-notch, and the flavors are well-balanced! Every visit leaves us very satisfied! Some of our recommendations include their Aka Maru Nabe, Truffle Unagi Roll, and Truffle Buta Slice Teppan Yaki (which is delicious, with a texture similar to grilled meat combined with truffle)! And of course, you shouldn’t miss their signature dessert, the Sake (Dassai) flavored Tiramisu! It’s rich with the taste of sake and incredibly delicious!

Personally, we adore their Hamburg Omu Rice; the hamburger patty is juicy and flavorful, especially when paired with their special sauce. Their Omu Curry Rice with Tori Karaage is also excellent! The fried chicken pieces are generous and crispy, and the curry is flavorful, making it a delightful combination! Additionally, they occasionally offer shaved ice with unique flavors, adding an extra special touch to each visit!
