Perched along Pengkalan Weld, Georgetown, Color Port is not just a restaurant; it’s an experience. With a mesmerizing seaview deck that invites patrons to dine amidst the gentle sea breeze, this establishment has recently expanded, now boasting a larger space that remains open 24 hours a day.
The allure of indoor and outdoor seating beckons—opt for a seaside feast under the open sky, embraced by the soothing sea winds.
Their diverse menu caters to varied palates, featuring naan, tandoori chicken, capati, nasi briyani, a variety of fried dishes, chicken rice, and an extensive array of beverages. The versatility of options makes it an ideal spot for family gatherings or late-night rendezvous since they cater round the clock.
During our recent visit, we savored an array of their specialties:
Cheese Naan: Each bite was a delightful fusion of soft, fluffy naan bread enveloped in a generous layer of gooey, molten cheese, offering a harmonious balance of textures and flavors.
Tandoori Chicken: The aroma of perfectly marinated, tender tandoori chicken filled the air. The smoky flavor from the grill coupled with the spices infused into the succulent meat was an absolute treat for the taste buds.
Nasi Tomato: Fragrant rice, delicately infused with tomato essence, served as a delectable base for various accompanying dishes, offering a subtle tangy undertone to the meal.
Nasi Briyani (Chicken): Fragrant basmati rice layered with aromatic spices and tenderly cooked chicken, each spoonful was a burst of flavor, a testament to the perfect blend of spices and tender meat.
Roasted Chicken Rice: Juicy, flavorful roasted chicken paired harmoniously with fragrant rice, showcasing a balance of simplicity and exquisite taste.
And that’s not all—Color Port also boasts a cotton candy machine and a selection of ice creams, adding a sweet touch to their diverse offerings.
Beyond their delectable offerings, Color Port has expanded its repertoire, now featuring a game room where patrons can indulge in games and even exchange gifts—a perfect way to unwind and bond. Moreover, adjacent to this culinary haven lies 11 Suki すき cake café, an oasis for Japanese bread, cake, and brewed coffee enthusiasts.
Color Port isn’t just a dining destination; it’s a complete experience—a place where the symphony of flavors meets the sea breeze, where culinary delight and leisure intertwine to offer an unforgettable experience in the heart of Penang.
