During their soft-launching on 24 May 2023, we had the opportunity to try a few of La Chica Mexican Grill’s signature dishes. The quesadillas were a standout, with options like “Pollo y champinones” featuring succulent chicken, flavorful mushrooms, and melted cheese. Another delightful choice was the “Champinones y ternera” quesadilla, which combined tender beef brisket, caramelized onions, mushrooms, and cheese. Each bite was a perfect balance of savory fillings enveloped in a warm tortilla.
For pasta lovers, La Chica Mexican Grill offers a tantalizing option called “Pasta de fajita de pollo.” This dish featured tender fajita chicken strips, a medley of colorful capsicums, onions, garlic, cream, and cheese.
