This place has quickly become our go-to for laid-back evenings filled with good eats and good company. They’ve got something for everyone, from nibbles and pizzas to pot roasts and pastas, all alongside a great selection of draughs, beers, cocktails, and even wine.
Here’s what we tried on our last visit:
Chicken Satay Pizza: Imagine juicy, home-marinated chicken thighs with a burst of satay sauce, melted mozzarella, and a touch of red onion and chili for a kick. This pizza was a flavor explosion!
Creamy Truffle Shroom Linguine: This one is for all the mushroom lovers! Packed with shimeji, button, and portobello mushrooms, it’s coated in a dreamy truffle oil sauce and topped with parmesan cheese. Divine!
Kombu Garlic Butter Prawn Linguine: Fresh prawns meet kombu (kelp) and chives in this light and flavorful linguine. The tobiko (flying fish roe) adds a fun pop of texture too.
Curry Pai Kuat: Tender pork spareribs simmered in a homemade curry spice and lemongrass sauce, served with coconut milk and crispy shallots. Comfort food at its finest!
Thai Larb Popcorn Chicken: Bite-sized chicken pieces with a delicious Thai larb flavor – perfect for sharing (or not, we won’t judge!).
MM2’s got your classic cocktails covered, alongside some unique creations like the Jungle Bird for those feeling adventurous.
Guinness Smooth Draught: We have to say, it’s probably the best we’ve had in Penang! Smooth, creamy, and oh-so-refreshing.
