Other than that, they also do offer Kalbi (Ribs), Beef Tongue, and other parts of the beef, Stewed Beef Tendon, Chicken, Cold Noodles, Soups and Dessers! And guess what? Gokujyo Platter: This platter features Special Yoichi Kalbi, Special Yoichi Loin, Pot Marinated Kalbi, Dice Cut Steak, Yoichi Thick Cut Tongue, Standard Kalbi, Beef Intestine, and Curtain Loin! Each part of the meat will definitely melt in your mouth, like beef from Miyazaki giving your taste buds a warm, firm hug. Oishi-desu!
