Dandy Yee Sang

Nothing kicks off a Chinese New Year get-together to a boisterous start like a lively lou hei yee sang (捞起鱼生) tossing session with your friends, families, and colleagues.

Dandy Modern Food did not want to miss out on this tradition, so they created the Dandy Yee Sang (RM42++). You will get to enjoy pickled fresh vegetables, crispy bread strips, gold-coin flakes, roasted peanuts, and mixed sesame seeds topped off with their special yee sang dressings.

The original traditional raw fish found in conventional yee sang is switched with poached squid flower and baby octopus to give it a nice chewy texture. Bind with your loved one during this special celebration by shouting out some auspicious phrases while you lift up the yee sang in unison, showering them with well wishes and blessings.

Reunion Platter

Roasted chicken is a staple at most Chinese New Year reunion dinners. The Reunion Platter (RM 55++) by Dandy Modern Food consists of a roasted half chicken, savoury roasted potatoes, warm vegetables, and yellow saffron rice with Mediterranean orange sauce, paired with pomegranate seeds, raisins, and almond flakes for added texture and flavor.

During this unique season, the platter would undoubtedly be able to satisfy all chicken lovers out there. With each bite, you can taste how perfectly the chicken was roasted and experience the juicy meat melting on your tongue.

Chicken Shroom Pizza

Who doesn’t love a piece of pizza? Unlike traditional tomato-based pizza, when you bite into Dandy’s Chicken Shroom Pizza (RM43++), your platelets will be hit with the distinctive, sharp flavor and creamy texture of the blue cheese sauce.

As its name suggests, Chicken Mushroom Pizza is topped with roasted pulled chicken, assorted mushrooms, red onion, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, and last but not least, mozzarella cheese to seal it off.

Honey Spiced Chicken Bowl

Try their Honey Spiced Chicken Bowl (RM27++), which combines honey-spiced chicken with fluffy saffron rice, warm veggies, and orange peanut sauce. Any reunion gathering would be warmed by this comforting and filling bowl of rice.

Honey-Roasted Chicken Wings

Do not miss out on their Honey-roasted Chicken Wings (RM25++), which are charcoal-grilled zesty chicken wings with roasted peanuts. It comes with warm veggies as a side dish, and you may add more heat by drizzling over some spicy orange sesame sauce for the extra kick.

CP Black Bean Pasta

If you like pasta, give the CP black bean pasta (RM27++) a try. The chef has selected the flat, long, strand-like pasta known as fettuccine to go with chicken slices, prawns, varied mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and the chef’s special screw pine sauce. Parmesan cheese is then sprinkled on top to give it an extra creamy texture and cheesy flavor.

After a heavy meal, you would definitely appreciate a refreshing cup of Osmanthus Mango Mocktail (RM16++). As the sweet scent of the mango combined with the bittersweet and delicate fruity-floral apricot aroma of the osmanthus, you’d want to take more and more sips.

The colorful combination of the purple and caramel color of the Caramel Taro Cream Frappe (RM17.9++) is so eye-catching, and it definitely tasted as good as it looks. This drink will undoubtedly satisfy all of you who have a sweet tooth.

This meal isn’t over until dessert is finished. Panna cotta means “cooked cream” in Italian, and it is a traditional Italian custard dessert similar to pudding.

It is a sweet dessert made with cream, sugar, and vanilla bean seeds, as the name suggests. In contrast to the traditional panna cotta, Dandy’s Rose Lychee Panna Cotta (RM18++) is such a unique and refreshing combination. If you come down to Dandy, you wouldn’t want to miss out on this dessert.
